Want to copy a specific family or type from a linked model into your construction model?

1.Start PartsLab.

2.Select the Make Parts tab.

3.Select the Family or Type in the Categories column on the left, or select objects directly using the Linked Model Objects or Current Model Objects buttons.

4.Click the Copy selected types into current model button.

 

NOTE! Parts can by made from only certain Revit categories. PartsLab will create Parts from all valid categories, invalid categories will be ignored.  See your Revit documentation for valid categories.
